Motor protector shows overload solution
The motor protector shows the overload solution as follows:
Motor protector parameter check:
(1) Is the built-in CT of the motor protector consistent with the external CT current and rating?
solution: If they are inconsistent, follow the same CT or motor protector.
(2) Is the rated current of the motor protector parameter consistent with the rated current of the motor nameplate?
solution: If they are inconsistent, set the motor protector parameters to match the motor nameplate rated current.
(3) Is the motor protector parameter overload current setting and overload time setting appropriate?
solution: When not appropriate, set the motor overload current to 1.2 times the rated motor current; The overload time is appropriately lengthened.
(4) Is the motor protector parameter overload current setting and overload time setting appropriate?
solution: When not appropriate, set the motor overload current to 1.2 times the rated motor current; The overload time is appropriately lengthened.
Start the motor, compare the current detected by the clamp ammeter with the current detected by the motor protector, and confirm whether the working current is within the current rated current range.
solution: Check or repair the motor if there is an overload.
