Mechanical thermostat installation method
1. Loosen the screw at the top of the thermostat with a small Phillips screwdriver and then remove the outer casing. Then use the screws provided on the bottom plate to fix the place you want to fix and then fasten the temperature controller cover to the bottom plate. Wiring must be correctly wired according to the electrical wiring diagram. Do not allow impurities such as water and mud to enter the thermostat, otherwise the device will be damaged.
2. The thermostat should be installed on the wall where the surrounding air flows freely, 1.2 meters above the ground. And it is a place where the temperature is stable without entering the door or the air conditioning unit. The installation location should be such that it is not affected by other heat sources and from sunlight, door and window airflow or external wall temperatures.
3. In the case that the indoor decoration has not been completed but the product has been installed, it is suggested that glue paper or other dust can be put on around the product and on the seam outlet of the product to avoid entering the interior of the product. Because there will be a lot of dust in the decoration of the room, it will inevitably enter the product from the small seam of the product, thus damaging the product.
4. In the installation, some of the wires in the user's room use a 2.5 wire, so that the wires are too hard and thick when installing the thermostat. When the power socket of the thermostat is placed in the mounting box of the wall after the wire is connected, please be careful to introduce the thermostat power socket into the mounting box along the bending direction of the wire. Avoid improper installation, the hardness of the wire damage to the thermostat power terminal.
