What is an adjustable thermostat?

Principle of action
The adjustable temperature controller is a kind of bi-metal disc after temperature setting as a heat-sensitive response component. When the temperature of the main part of the product increases, the heat generated is transferred to the bimetal disc, and it will act quickly when the operating temperature is set, and the contact will be opened or closed by the mechanism;
When the temperature drops to the reset temperature setting, the bimetal disc quickly returns to its original state, so that the contacts are closed or opened to achieve the purpose of turning on or off the circuit, thereby controlling the circuit.
Precautions for use
1. When using a touch-sensitive installation, the surface of the metal cover of the temperature switch should be completely close to the installation surface of the controller.
2. To ensure the effect of temperature, apply thermal paste on the surface of the appliance.
3． When installing, do not crush, loosen or deform the top of the metal surface of the temperature switch to avoid affecting the function and precision.
4． Do not allow liquid to penetrate the inside of the temperature switch or excessive force to cause cracks in the housing.
