Features of single-ended glass seal:
The size of the temperature sensing part is compact: φ1.25mm * 2.0mm;
Nominal resistance @ 25 ℃: 100K;
Extensive temperature test range: -40 ℃ ~ 270 ℃;
Lead length: 70 ± 1mm;
High resistance accuracy: ± 1%; single-ended glass seal, can be used in harsh environments such as high temperature and humidity;
Good stability and high reliability;
NTC thermistor, negative temperature coefficient thermistor;
100% lead-free and RoHS compliant.
Single-end glass sealed NTC thermistor temperature sensor products are widely used in temperature sensing of laser diodes, optical components, industrial process control, etc. These applications require higher temperature sensitivity, long-term stability, and higher application temperatures.
In order to meet your different needs, this series of products are divided into multiple models:
ATH100K1R25: the lead is copper-plated bare wire;
ATH100K1R25T70: The lead sleeve has a Teflon sleeve;
ATH100K1R25T70S: The lead wire is not only covered with a Teflon sleeve, but the epoxy head is sealed between the temperature sensor and the sleeve.

⑤3950-- thermal resistance index (material factor) B is: 395 × 10 (K)
Note: according to customer requirements, provide different resistance, B value precision and customization.
When measuring NTC thermistor, we must note the following:
• can not be measured in the air, the larger the difference in air temperature measurement inaccurate, resulting accuracy deviation.
• The use of high-precision thermostat bath was measured after the test NTC, in the bath, the bath temperature must be stabilized before measurement.
• Measure the voltage as low as possible to reduce measurement errors caused by self-heating of the NTC.
