Motor thermal protection (thermostat) work process

Common faults of motor:Room temperature plugging,Low temperature (-30 ℃) plugging,High temperature (+ 85 ℃) plugging,Overload conditions.The thermal protector has a different working method for motor faults.
1, room temperature plugging thermal protection:
A. The motor output shaft is plugged,Apply a low voltage of 13.5V ± 0.2V to the motor,Thermostat for the first time from closed to off time ≧ 2s,The first break to the closing time ≦ 20s.

B. The motor output shaft plugging,The motor high-speed side of the application of 13.5V ± 0.2V voltage 3 hours,Thermostat for the first time from closed to off time ≧ 2s,The first break to the closing time ≦ 20s.
C. The motor output shaft plugging,The motor low-speed side of the application of 16.0V ± 0.2V voltage,The thermostat first from closed to off time ≦ 15s,The first break to the closing time ≦ 45s.
D. The motor output shaft plugging,On the motor high-speed side of the application of 16.0V ± 0.2V voltage,The thermostat first from closed to off time ≦ 15s,The first break to the closing time ≦ 45s.
 
2, low temperature (-30 ℃) plugging thermal protection:
Place the motor in the -30 ° C ambient box for at least 2 hours,Motor output shaft plugging,On the low-speed side of the motor applied 11.0V ± 0.2V voltage 3 hours,Each time the thermostat is closed from the break time </ = 5 minutes,Each time from the break to the closed ≧ 5s.


3, high temperature (+85 ℃) plugging thermal protection:
Place the motor in a + 85 ° C ambient box for at least 2 hours,Motor output shaft plugging,The motor high-speed side of the application of 13.5V ± 0.2V voltage 3 hours,Each time the thermostat is closed from the opening time ≧ 2s,Each time from off to closed ≦ 2min.

 
4, overload conditions Thermal protection:
A. At room temperature,On the motor high-speed side of the application of 13.5V ± 0.2V voltage,And apply a 5N.m moment to the shaft shaft,Thermostat should be no action within 20 minutes.

 
B. At room temperature,Apply a low voltage of 13.5V ± 0.2V to the motor,And apply a 5N.m moment to the shaft shaft,Thermostat 40 minutes should be no action.
