now I know that your stainless steel temperature sensor is made of ceramic semiconductor of NTC behaviour. my worries were about using a wheatstone bridge of RTDs, with a middle conducting line, as a traditional circuit. probably this kind of RTD bridge would behave like a NTC sensor does, measured at the center line!
