Jump type thermostat
The bi-metal sheet jump-type temperature controller is a kind of heat-sensitive reaction component which uses the bi-metal sheet after temperature setting. The models of various jump temperature controllers are collectively called KSD, and common ones are KSD301, KSD302 and so on. This thermostat is a new product of bimetallic thermostat. When it is mainly used for various electric heating products with overheating protection, it is usually used in series with a thermal fuse, and the jump-type temperature controller is used as first-level protection. The thermal fuse is used as a secondary protection element when the overheating of the heating element due to the sudden or failure of the jump-type thermostat can effectively prevent the heating element from being burnt out and the fire accident caused by it.
