KSD301, TB02 small temperature switch installation precautions
1. The environment of the small switch should avoid the stains and moisture, otherwise it will affect the electrical performance of the product; Small switches must be used in a working environment where the relative humidity is ≤90% and the non-corrosive, flammable medium is in contact. For use in wet environments or immersion liquids, special anti-osmotic sealing of small switches is required.
2. When the small temperature switch is installed, it is absolutely not allowed to deform the temperature sensing surface (cover). Do not crush or deform the top of the cover to avoid affecting the temperature and electrical performance of the small temperature switch;
3. When selecting the temperature controller, the temperature selection should be accurate. Due to various factors such as thermal inertia and conduction, the following factors should be considered to avoid temperature changes, and we can also consult with the company.
4. Manual reset series products must be reset after the temperature drops by at least 20 °C; When resetting, the force applied to the reset button should be moderate to just reset the thermostat (approximately 5-6 N), otherwise it will affect the temperature.
5. When using, care should be taken to prevent the shell of the small temperature switch from being stressed and cracking; Keep the housing clean and prevent the small temperature switch from being polluted by the conductive medium, resulting in reduced insulation performance or even short-circuit breakdown.
6. The small temperature switch installation housing is connected with the grounding metal parts of the equipment or the power grounding wire to reduce the electromagnetic radiation and interference signals of the whole machine.
7. When installing, make the temperature sensing surface of the small temperature switch cover evenly contact the temperature control part; When the small temperature switch adopts the contact temperature, it is better to apply a layer of thermal grease on the temperature sensing surface of the cover so that there is no gap between the temperature sensing surface and the temperature control surface to improve the heat conduction effect.
8. When installing, do not bend the terminals of the small temperature switch and make the connection of the terminals good, otherwise the reliability of electrical contact will be affected. If solder wire is used, a soldering iron of not more than 60W should be used, and the soldering time should be controlled within 5 seconds.
