A temperature-controlled switch that uses a sensitive gas capsule or a heat-sensitive bimetal as a temperature sensing element to form a mechanical contact.

The mechanical floor heating thermostat usually has a contact current of no more than 8A, which is suitable for opening and closing the control valve in the water heating system.
Advantages: low cost, simple installation and use, and long-term reliability;
Disadvantages: The temperature control switch has a large deviation (generally greater than ±3 °C), the display is not intuitive enough, and the function is relatively simple;

The temperature sensing element is a negative temperature coefficient thermistor (NTC), and the relay contact controls the output. According to the contact current size, the conventional specifications are 3A, 5A, 8A, 16A, 20A, which can meet the control requirements of electric heating system for water heating system and large load (below 400W).
Advantages: low cost, simple operation, high temperature control accuracy (±1 °C), etc.
It is superior to mechanical thermostat in terms of function. For example, the temperature sensor can be installed in various positions, including built-in (inside product panel) and external (external ground probe) or built-in temperature control and external temperature limit; Individual brand products also have energy-saving programming capabilities. Just add a time-controlled programmer of about 100 yuan, connect the energy-saving control points of dozens of thermostats in the same area to the time-controlled programmer, and realize reasonable energy-saving control.
When you are not at home, you can automatically reduce the set temperature by 5 °C. The electronic thermostat continues all the advantages of the mechanical thermostat, greatly improving the insufficiency of the mechanical thermostat in terms of functions, and the intelligent control degree basically meets all applications. Therefore, it is widely used in China, especially for children and aging populations.

The load of each level of module, start and stop will operate simultaneously with the temperature controller load, and there may be delay. One temperature controller can be equipped with multiple power expansion modules. The use of the expansion module solves the problem of installing multiple thermostats in a high-power load room.
