The plastic forming technology, that is, the plastic sheet (plate) material hot forming processing technology, also called thermoplastic molding, is one of the plastic secondary processing industry technologies. Using the vacuum suction generated by the vacuum pump to heat the softened PVC, PET, PETG, APTT, PP, PE, PS and other thermoplastic plastic sheets through the mold. The vacuum pressure deforms the sheet (plate) to a desired shape and size, or adheres to the surface of various shapes of the product, supplemented by a matching process to achieve the application purpose.

Blister molding equipment includes clamping systems, heating systems, vacuum and compressed air systems, and forming dies. One of the main processes of the plastic forming process of plastic plastic sheets is the heating of sheets (plates). This machine uses infrared heating method, the heat transfer form of infrared is radiation heat transfer, with penetrating power. Simultaneous heating inside and outside, the efficiency is good and the temperature rises quickly, the thermal inertia is small, and it is not necessary to warm up to start working.

3. DT3 thermostat
Delta's new generation of temperature-controlled DT3 supports the fastest sampling period of 0.1S and offers a variety of superior control modes and self-tuning functions: Self-Tuning, FUZZY, PID, ON/OFF, Manual, the newly developed Fuzzy fuzzy control function can dynamically adjust multiple sets of PID parameters within a certain range when the set temperature and the actual temperature difference. When the detection is significantly different from the SV, the system immediately recalculates the PID to achieve a fast response. It can be seen from the figure that when the interference enters and the interference disappears, the FUZZY PID reaction speed is much faster than the traditional PID and converges faster.

The DT3's three-color LCD display provides a simple and clear visual interface that visually displays the current operating status of the instrument. If an abnormal state such as an over-temperature alarm occurs, the user can be alerted by the display chromatic aberration. In addition, DT3 also provides powerful function scalability, such as RS485, event input, transmission output, remote remote input, CT current detection function module, the application is more flexible.

The heating area of the blister machine is large, and it takes dozens of ceramic infrared heating sheets to work together to achieve the required heating power, and the temperature of the entire heating area is basically the same. After the mold is closed, the heat dissipation on the surface of the material is about the same. As long as the output power of the heating sheets in all the heating zones is the same, the temperature can be kept stable.

The plastic forming process is: feeding plate (sheet) - clamping - heating softening - plastic forming.
